I'm lucky to not have been running anything with them but im sure some affiliates here have been royally screwed.

That stinks. Is Primary Ads on their own system or do they use a third party affiliate platform?

they use their own, cost me a few bucks. oh well, shit happens

Yeah I hate IT issues. I designed our basic IT platform (BTW VMWare now free after I spent a RIDICULOUS amount on licensing it earlier this year). After spending a ton of time/money on redunancy and scalability, you realize that sometimes you can't plan on everything. Shit happens.
