Private Label Cartoon Yourself Type Website Script?

I'm looking to run a marketing campaign which would involve users uploading pictures and id like them to be able to turn themselves into a particular profession. Like for instance you upload a picture and you become a police officer...police yourself or you upload a picture and become a scientist...etc etc... anyone know of a paid script or service that can do this for a social media engagement type campaign?

You could make a little web image editor that sandwiches the image behind another image with a hole masked out for the face, then let the user adjust the color photo dragging it up/down/left/right to line up their face with the masking hole, then save/flatten it to a single texture.

Crudely illustrated:

I put pewep's face on a blacksmith character once to make a scene in a game, and if you lined up a person's face with an existing texture for a 3d model you could use the image they compose to put on a firefighter, policeman, etc 3d model...

I guess you could. I wish there was a more polished solution, i'd pay for it but I don't want it custom developed.

I was looking for the same thing awhile ago. One idea for a workaround was to batch automate photoshop filters that can make pics look like a cartoon. I assume the server doing the processing would need a pretty decent gpu in that case right? Not exactly standard in rack units..
