Private Message Pop Up

Hello just a small suggestion.

Personally I like to have a pop up notification when I have a new PM. I think most people do as well. I'd like to see this set as a default when you register. I know it's easy to change but some users might not know it exists. On some forums I just dont' know I have PM's for day until I happen to glance up and see "1 new message". A pop up solves this problem.
