I am not quite sure why you're upset. Please have a look around and you can see another 3 or 4 providers offering the exact same service. I don't think everyone is trying to clone your business. Instead I consider it as a reflection of Google's recent updates and service providers moving to more high quality service as a result of the updates. In our case, we were running another service with the same business model, distributing content through major blog networks, which became not just worthless, but also risky after the Panda update. We stopped it soon and moved to more high quality areas.
How many services here are actually unique? We have a web 2.0 based service where we build 36 web 2.0 manually. When we started back in 2009, we used to charge $100 to post to just 9 sites and now we charge 60 bucks to post to 36 sites along with quite a lot of other links. That's how this industry goes. Competition pops up every now and then forcing all of us to evolve and improve. In our case, we are soon going to add few more news wires which focus more on social media than the typical news sites.
I can see more similar services popping up here in the coming days. None of us can stop it.
