Problems Installing Clickbump Theme

I get this message when I try to install Clickbump:

"The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/wrodr/public_html/xxxxxx.xxx/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/11."


It seems to be some permission thing, but I can't get it. Every time I temporarily change the folders in question to 777, it switches them back. Any ideas?
