Problems with RevenueAds

Let me start saying that I have received payments on time every 15 of the month from January 2010 to October 2010.

Now I'm having some problems with them.

Some of my leads sent in October were reported as bad, and all my leads for that month ( not only those reported as bad ) were forfeited. My affiliate manager sent me a excel sheet containing the bad leads and he said he'd have tried to find out what was going on. I only have organic traffic so I really don't see how those can be bad leads, anyway this is not important.
I sent 6 emails since mid November and started several chat sessions about this problem, asking simply why I'm not getting paid for the good leads.

I didn't receive any explanation via email, moreover whenever I start a chat session on AIM the AM is kind as usual, but when I ask about this issue he literally disappear. Every time.

Now I've noticed that the same thing happened with my January 2011 earnings, and I'm still getting no attention from them.

I really hate to make post like this one, but I'd like to know if anybody else is experiencing something like this, and hopefully get some attention from them in order to get this issue clarified.

I was not doing volume, just few hundred dollars per month, but this shouldn't make any difference.

I started running some traffic to them in October 2010. Always got paid on time.

However, I remember there was an issue when my tracking system (not T202) reported a significant discrepancy of the # of clicks I sent and the number they reported. They were very unresponsive in this matter, in fact it took my AM 2-3 weeks to respond. Not exactly the same situation as yours, but it shows how they handle issues.

On a side note: Since the conversion rate sucked as well I recently switched the links for this offer to another network and my CR more than doubled! Both use Directtrack as their platform and the offer is the same (not brokered).

RevenueAds are a good network - just sometimes busy because of overload and not enough staff.. they will pay you. PM me if you need to reach someone.

Ya, RevenueAds are always good to go. Would not worry about them, just keep pushing the guys to get back to you ... squeaky wheel always gets the oil ;)

Been running with revenue ads for about 6 months and have never had any kind of an issue with them. Hell they even pay me early, and I can't say that about any other network that I run with. the AM's are also the best that I have worked with.
