so i have an idea of creating a flog on adwords, but i know they check for like privacy policy contact pages .. etc.. i was wondering if i used a regular wordpress blog if that would still apply? or would it be overlooked since its supposedly a persons blog and not a company

you will probably have a difficult time getting a flog to run on adwords for more than a short amount of time

ok new question ... how bout a sales page? what other links does google look for on a one page sales page?

Forget about anything that looks like a flog/farticle on Adwords anymore. As a matter of fact - forget about anything looking like a legit blog altogether. You're gonna need a SITE with pages of unique content, interlinking, external linking, and a good spoonful of good luck to keep the Google Gods (Demons?) happy.

^^^^^^

Nope. I had a campaign going for a legitimate golf blog that I run, and for whatever reason, it only lasted a month or so before they put my in the quality score hell. This is a PR4 blog with hundreds of indexed posts. Keywords like golf blog, golf discussions, golf sites, golf reviews, completely related to my site, all went to 1/10 QS. This is a real blog mind you, not a bullshit flog. So no, your idea will probably not work out so well.
