Just a shot in the dark here but I was curious if anyone would have any insight on how sites such as vapornation, smokecity, vaporoutlet, etc. can promote for terms such as vaporizers on adwords, even though their policies state

Don't promote drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of drugs and drug paraphernalia. This includes drug accessories, illegal drugs, and herbal drugs such as salvia and magic mushrooms.

I don't believe these are classified as drugs, drug devices, drug accessories or drug paraphernalia as a sole unit. You have to vaporize weed in it for it to become drug paraphernalia.

If you were selling used vaporizers then I think it would become a problem.

maybe you can trick them with an exception.

If you think this is a good niche go for SEO. It's not very competitive and the volume is ok.

i understand how to spin it in a legal sense, especially living up here in canada lol. what i wanna know is how do you get these exceptions made since their sites are obviously pro-weed, but their campaigns are up. Adwords editor auto blocked my campaign when attempting to upload =\
