Prosper 202, Wordpress, A4D outbound click tracking problem

Sat up and "advanced" LP using wordpress and it's not tracking outbound clicks to my offers and SubID's are not passing.

I have the .php redirect files in the root. On my offer page i'm linking the offer as

<a href="/redirect-page.php" target=_"blank" >Offer link here</a>

the links itself works fine and redirects, it's just not tracking outbound clicks or passing upID's.

I'm using an A4D offer and my link in P202 aff campaign is:

http://www.offerlinkhere?a=CD000&b=11111&d=0&l=0&p=0&o=

anyone have any ideas?

You have to allow php to run in the wordpress install, php-exec plugin is the one you need to install I think.
