Оk, they've got a free product and all, but this is getting kinda frustrating.

I would expect more integrity from these people. Latest - some stupid punk who makes millions and works only an hour a day. He makes iphone apps. And now only for 30 bucks he will teach you how to do it too.

Sounds legit.

Typical bizop video. He has a simple plan, catastrophy in his real life, debts, was never a programmer, was working for pennies and them BUM! A millionaire. Residual income and all that crap.

Two weeks back - A FREE WEBINAR. A ppc mastermind they say. Will tell you all his secrets.

The truth - he's pushing adbeat, a product that looks like a WaFo shit compare to its competitors.

I thought I would switch to bevo, but they are just as bad, if not worse. They promoted stupid shitty new network, which spams affiliates who never had anything in common with them. Hell, I even think that bevo sold out my email.

The thing is prosper is free and all, but they chose it to be free(i think there have been a period when there wasn't a free version, but it didnt work out) and they make money through beyond hosting and the paid version and they made names for themselves(which is huge). That kind of monetization of their list makes you look really unprofessional and drives people away.


So... cpv lab, here I come, I hope you don't disappoint me.
 


I don't have much to say about prosper202. It has it's limitations as a tracking tool. However, you can't fault them for trying to monetize their free tool that 1000's of internet marketers use.

CPV Lab looks pretty damn good. Their "Landing Page Sequence" is exactly the feature I need, and something prosper202 doesn't offer.
 
Tracking 202 should serve as a warning to anyone considering the "get users first, monetize later" model of software development.

Although they clearly made some money, it looks like they mainly attracted a bunch of free users who then won't pay for shit. Hence they're now trying to hawk whatever crap they can to pull some revenue out of it.

I just hope Wes & Co have done well enough out of consulting/jv gigs to make it worth their while.

integrity and not pumping some stupid fuck who wants to sell you nothing for something is what i'm asking for.

They chose a fremium model, not free, adsupported one. There is a big difference. They should stick with it. Otherwise, like I said, it just looks unprofessional and drives people away.

Maybe it's personal views and core values, but I won't make business/deal with people who are doing something I highly dislike.

We have a pretty successful iPhone App, thanks in part to that vid

And also good things to learn from that Video about newsletter marketing.

You should be forced to develop your own tracking software.

And talking shit about AdBeat and Colella? You could learn a thing or two from him, if you weren't too busy complaining.

ok, you guys seem to just not read and/or are simply retarded.

FREMIUM != FREE

If it was completely free, then it would be adsupported and then I wouldn't complain(probably I wouldn't use it, because I know what happens when you use something for free). BUT IT IS NOT.

prosper202 is just a promotion tool for tracking202, leads202 and their consulting business. So, yeah, raping my inbox with some shitty products DOES concern me.

Also, adbeat is a crappy product, compared to its competition. I didn't learn anything from him. And not because I was busy complaining, but because all he did was pitching his product. Why did they call it a "webinar", it was a sponsored video for him...

I am not susceptible to bullshit. A lot of people who are using it are.Or I shouldn't care about anything that doesn't affect me directly?

Didn't we have like a 5 page thread about that 2 weeks back? Or if this stupid bullshit is done by someone who gave you a freebie, you are ok with it?

Funny if you ask me.
 
You could have just deleted the email and not watch the video. It wasn't like you had to watch the video before you could log into your prosper202.

I did start paying. I exported everything and killed the prosper installation this morning and moved to cpv lab.

Are you liking CPV Lab so far? I watched the intro video on their website and the tracking options look pretty comprehensive. They have the tracking ability for any lead/sale generation path that I can come up with right now.
