Has anyone here used Pulse360 to get traffic in the past (or currently)? I've been thinking of getting an account, but the terms mention that there's a $10 minimum charge each month, even if you didn't spend that much. To me, that looks like a way to rope in advertisers who would rather leave since the ads are not effective... Any feedback on them?
