I ordered 3 500 words articles and I got them the next day. Really good quality, just what I was looking for. I will be getting more soon.
 
I paid half payment on 27th december 08 for 750 words, no response no work done either since then and was told 48 hours turnaround time.

I would like a refund, not impressed at all, filed a claim on paypal, and I had to hire someone else tonight, delayed my time and my work!!!
