Hey guys, I've got some questions for you all. I'm creating a local directory to target local keywords and then rent that particular page out to local businesses.

Since I will be owning the domain/page, and the business will just be reaping the benefits of the first page rankings, do you think it is okay to use SEnuke and other crummy backlinks such as blog comment to hold its position? Or should I still create high quality backlinks and do high quality SEO?

I am doing similar thing with renting out sites. I found that using SENuke for web2.0 creations works wonders..

Create a squidoo page manually and flesh it out, link it to the money page.

2nd Tier try a Wordpress, Blogger, Quizilla and Hubpages and link those to the squidoo and the money page.

3rd Tier create a block of 5 web2.0 properties, only pointing to each of the Tier 2 web2.0 properties.

Bookmark / RSS Nuke / Bookmark all the properties

Submit Article to article directies, linking to the money site and the squidoo page

Bookmark / RSS Nuke / Bookmark the article pages

DFB / SB all created properties.

Rinse and Repeat!

So you are SEnuking the backlinks that point to your directory page and not your directory page directly?
