Do any of you with experience with 'keyword research' have the time to help me research keywords for my website? (not posting a link to it here) I want to buy back links for it in the BST section. But I'm currently at a loss for how to go about doing in-depth keyword research for a very broad category type website. & if you don't have the time I'd be willing to pay for your help. Also do you guys think it'd be worth it to go to Fiverr for keyword research? Or would that be a joke?

Thanks,

"for a very broad category type website" - but you have to have at least an idea what niches are you for... Or you are asking just to guess?

It's a viral video site updated every day with a broad spectrum of videos.

Then i suppose you don't need any keyword research. Most of your traffic will be from social networks, not from Google search. And you can order BST services with just generic anchors or something like "hilarious video" or "funny pictures" or something viral like "obama sucks donald trump's long cock" - if some provider would place an anchor like this of course.

Oh ok so you're saying I should shift focus away from SEO and just focus on social traffic? Or do both with more weight on social?

Fuck man, you need to decide what you want. You want SEO or you want Fiverr.

Haha, well I'm saying I'd pay someone to do some keyword research and anything they come up with would probably be generic but probably better or the same as what I'd come up with myself. So it'd save me some time for $5.

This might be a retarded question but do you have any idea if embedding my sites video player onto other sites could possibly count as a backlink? Because the video player has a link back to my site in its logo.:stonedsmilie:

- I agree one hundred percent!
Fiverr waste of money and time! (Unfortunately from my own experience)
If you really need keyword research for video site,
it all depends of the thematic direction video, 1- find your competitors 2- use something like: k-meta.com/search?q=www.viralvideos.com or semrush.com/info/youtube.com, spufu... 3- selects the most attractive keywords!
but, in fact, when I was working with video sites, (until get tired of fighting with regular copyright claims), keywords are not picked up, - social networks gave the main traffic!

Interesting input, can you recommend tactics for gaining social traffic? I'm guessing Facebook but maybe you know of some more unknown ones that might be good too.

Now It seems to me you should focus more on good titles for your videos
and:
Facebook – zennoposter, Twitter– Buffer, + Twidium

Good luck)

Thanks for the suggestions do you have an obvious reason I should use the zennoposter? I looked into the youtube vids and see it's a type of automation software but what's the obvious thing I should automate? I ask because things that can be automated are vast and I realize automation is an art with no limits.

Yes, I have some basic Knowledge about Keyword Research. I do my own Keyword research for my website. You can use the tool Google Keyword planner for selecting the Keywords for your website. Still if you want any help I can give some suggestions but you have to provide minimum information regarding to your website.

If you get keyword research from Fiverr, you're actually getting a very basic report with no care and attention paid to the viability of the keywords.

My advice is to focus on your niche first and you'll be able to pick the right keywords that will accurately define the kind of website and business that you have... That's the exact thing I did when I started my blog and integrated it with OfferDaddy's offerwall to increase revenues...:)

Keyword research is very much important to rank your website. You can hire a seller from Fiverr to have the perfect keywords for your site. There's lot of real keyword expert but before buying their service check the reviews. Good luck!
