I'm running an offer on copeac and I get missed conversions here and there for this particular offer and this is what somebody told me over there:

This is what’s occurring with your links. Our iframe pixel invokes our DT pixel, so if an affiliate pixel cannot be placed within DT (i.e. yahoo pixels), then we place the pixel within the iframe code. When the iframe is called to track a lead it will firer our DT pixel which records a lead for Affiliate A as well as fires any other pixels associated to Affiliate A within DT. The iframe then continues to fire the rest of the pixels associated for that particular offer (i.e. the yahoo pixel). The only negative part is that if a user clicks on a URL for Affiliate A and doesn’t complete the transaction, but then later returns using a link from Affiliate B, our DT pixel will credit Affiliate B for the lead but still fire all the remaining pixels within the iframe, so Affiliate A’s yahoo pixel would show an additional lead credited to them in their system where the lead was actually credited to Affiliate B in DT.

I suppose that could be what's creating the problem. Although, how can I know for sure if I'm missing any conversions? Should I setup prosper202? I've never used their service, I've always used search engine pixels and never had any problems until now.

The real question is why would you not be using something like prosper202 to track your clicks?

Yep, get a service like Prosper 202 or Tracking 202 to track your clicks.

Also...why does COPEAC always come up as an affiliate link if you just type it in..?

Probably Jon trying to make a little money from WF.

Lol wow, someone sent me a message with copeac in it and I totally went off on them because I thought they where trying to get my referral or something. Woops!

Spread the word.
