End of the rainbow
I'm looking to dabble in a new niche and figured I should finally try some dating offers as I've always meant to. My Azoogle AM told me that the True.com and Singlesnet offers are pretty hot ... but I noticed that they both have network wide EPCs of only about $0.30.

Are you guys that are promoting these dating offers really getting 10-20 cent clicks from Google, or are you seeing EPCs a lot higher than 30 cents? I know sometimes the network EPCs get all wacky when people throw tons of junk traffic at offers and it skews all the numbers ...

I personally know someone that is doing 4000 leads/day with True.com lead gen on search. So it would seem to work for some people wouldn't it...

;)

Ok yeah you're probably right, I'm not working on my landing page right now and I'm definitely not going to start testing it tomorrow.

hey man... nicky is pulling your chain if you haven't noticed. anyways, I've noticed that ecpcs don't necessarily mean a campaign will work or not. Also, affiliate managers don't always know everything.

I know guys (or girls, I've never asked) that are running 80-100 leads per day. At the minimum of $3.50/lead and going as high as $5.20 (for good pubs), that's good coin :P

From my recent experiences in the dating niche, I'm gonna say "just do it". Some offers I've seen a nearly $1 ecpc on, others, 100 clicks no conversions. The networks stats don't really mean shit. It all depends on what you're doing and how you do it.

I will say that I was hesitant to try dating for along time because of the competition, but I've managed to find some very nice keywords, low competition, decent conversions. I'm making money, so I would guess you could too.

Yeh dude I run the mate1.com over which pays 4.00 and I get really good conversions. You do not to choose the right days and time ofcourse. I generally have 1 in 7 conversions and I pay google around 35 cents and get ranked around 11 .

btw has anyone tried Yahoo personals? It pays $22 per free trial sign up and can be international leads too.

EPC's from google ( ad sense ) are between 40 - 50 cents as long as you have not fallen into any trouble...............

I may launch a Yahoo Personals campaign by years end, in conjunction with revamping my dating site strategies - The difference between this and most offers, is that it's a 2 week free trial that requires the user to enter their credit card info in order to signup. Best bet would be to offer users options on what they want (e.g. True or Yahoo) in case they don't want to part with their credit card number.

And it's part of the Yahoo affiliate program at CJ.
