I am developing a campaign for a client that will need a call option.

Which means some sort of tracking; which could go from setting up a Google voice number, and having the client log the calls manually (not very efficient), to using a services such as 'Ring Revenue' or 'Call Pixels'.

I am not yet sure what would fit my needs, so I figured I'd ask here for some experiences with setting up call/number tracking to help guide the decision. Thanks.

We've used callrail with some success. In all honesty you can build your own solution with twilio if you have the coding chops.

The Twilio option will be cheapest. I've used Ring Revenue and Call Pixels. You might want to try Call Rail or Call Tracking Metrics. They are mostly the same and built on the Twilio API.

You haven't really given any significant detail in what you need to track so I can't give more information on what you might need regarding other features.

Thanks for the responses/direction. I will check these options out.

I am not 100% sure on what we will need to track (other than the call was made, time of call, ad source, and the length).
