Hi,

I hope you can help. I've finally got up and started making arbi sites. I think I spent a little too much yesterday on bids but hey, it's a learning curve.

Anyway, just wondering about the bidding system on 7search. Apart from having a bid that gives you a good position in their system is it it worth upping the bid to give you a good position in their "Affiiliate Network" system?

Some of the bids their are expensive for my niches and I'm not sure how important it is. If it is then I'll change niche :D

One thing I´m not liking about 7search is their keyword management interface. It sucks if you a have a couple of hundred keywords.
For example, I would like to be able to sort my keywords by the number of searches on the affiliate network so I know which keywords are worth a $.10 click and which are not.
Right now the only way to do that is by using the Make Keywords Top feature and setting a cap.And you can only use that once every 24 hours.
How are you guys managing your bids when you have a few hundred kw?

Not sure, its a total pain in the ass for me to do bid editing. Its why I try never having to do any editing :)

I don't have a few hundered kw, I just started using 7search, but I agree. Their interface sucks.

I love how the 7 search engine gets like 2 hits when 1 distributor or affiliate gets 100,00 for a common search term like stock market.

7 search = 2 searches
Distributor 2 = 122,000

Those 2 are from people researching your niche :)

I have never seen an actual visitor referred to my sites from 7search. They all come from their "network"

Same here, and I have also noticed that within their network that there are certain sites that send the bulk of the traffic.

I have thousands and thousands of keywords and it does suck. Unfortunately some of the lack of ease of use in any of these sites are intentional. If they allowed us to do all the things that we wanted to do, then everyone could easily and in minutes have their campaign set to the lowest prices allowing for minimum spending. This makes them less money, so it is in their interest to keep things a bit awkward and unwieldy. This allows people to just create blanket bids at over inflated prices for many keywords and ultimately makes them more money.
