So, I've found my niche and 2 key terms I'm going to work on ranking for.
The niche has to do with clothing, so what I'm doing is setting up an e-commerce site of sorts. Essentially, I am compiling a comprehensive list of established brands within the niche and featuring their top sellers on certain affiliates on my website. Moreover, if they can't find what they're looking for, I'm going to link to eBay so I can get a commission off of whatever they end up finding going through my link.
For the average buyer in my niche, they have to scour the internet to find what they're looking for. My website will bring it all to them, so little scouring has to be done.
Now, what I'm trying to figure out is how I will successfully rank for my key terms. My competition is pretty weak...

My #1 competition for those key terms may be a little bit more difficult to overcome, but solid link building should easily land me on the front page.
I was wondering whether it would suffice to alternate website titles, because the key terms are pretty similar. For example:
Website Name - Key Term #1
Website Name - Key Term #2
Moreover, in the descriptions of images of the clothing, I was thinking I could again alternate between Key Term #1 - Name of article of clothing and Key Term #2 - Name of article of clothing.
Another thing I'd be doing is offering news on all things within the niche. So, for instance, I'd be offering news on recent pieces of clothing a brand put out + any news that pertains to the culture surrounding the clothing. I'm going to compile a news aggregator for this, but am not sure how I can go about doing on site optimization for the key terms using the aggregator.
I'm all over the place with this, so if you understand what my concerns are... I'd appreciate any advice. If you don't understand, ask for elaboration and I'll try to explain the best I can.
