First things first...
If you were hoping to see a video of a rape, now's a good time to hit the back button on your browser.*
With that out of the way, here's an interesting article about rape...
The Yale Law Journal - Forum: Not Logic, but Experience: Drawing on Lessons from the Real World in Thinking About the Riddle of Rape-by-Fraud
Specifically, it addresses the circumstances that should constitute rape. Men have reason to be concerned as the definition of rape has "evolved" over the last few decades from an act involving physical force to an act involving deception and emotional "coercion." From the author:
You probably realize that courts are already moving in that direction. They have been for years. Moreover, as women continue to agitate on the matter, men are likely to be increasingly targeted by new laws defining rape as sexual acts involving "psychological, emotional, or psychic" injury (whatever that means).
At this point, you might be thinking, "I'll never have to deal with that crap." If so, consider that a recent article by James Hamblin noted the following:
To save time, let's assume that "finding" is accurate. Given the number of males on WickedFire, it suggests that a lot of you will someday be accused of rape by your friends, girlfriends, wives, and mistresses. A somewhat smaller number of you will be forced to defend yourselves against formal charges, and a still smaller number are likely to be convicted.**
In the past, I've met women who claimed to have been raped. You've probably known a few too. As the definition of rape changes, having sex with women is becoming riskier than ever.
Be careful out there.
One final thought: rape as an act involving force when nonconsent has been clearly expressed is a problem. That is not the issue I'm addressing in this post.
* ... and perhaps consult a therapist.
** With drug laws being relaxed, prison lobbyists are likely to support stronger rape laws. They need to keep the cages filled with bodies to hit their revenue targets.

Susan Estrich’s groundbreaking book and article critiqued the notion that “real” rape only occurs when the parties are strangers to one another, when force and violence is manifest, and when physical injuries are sustained by the victim. She argued for recognition that simple rape—perpetrated by a friend or acquaintance, when the defendant uses more subtle types of pressures, and when the injury is perhaps more psychological, emotional, or psychic than physical—is also “real” rape and worthy of protection under the law.

Nearly one in five American women reported experiencing rape at some time in their lives.
