The ones posted here are the most popular ones, but i can definitely handle other graphic needs, i just didnt want to overwhelm the thread.

I got a review copy of a squeeze page from Kodinski.

After giving him generally what I was looking for, he got the initial design over very quickly. It looked great so there weren't many adjustments that needed to be made, but the few I had he accommodated with no problem.

Soon after that he got me the fully coded version of the page. It's an html file with some required files in folders that need to go in the same directory. All in all, very easy for me to add my own text to. Also, he went ahead and configured all the aweber code for me and everything.

I just put the page up so I can't comment on how it's affected my conversions yet, but I expect them to increase by a good amount.

All in all, I was very pleased with the service and will likely be coming back the next time I need a landing page done.
