I originally purchased these domains because there were the last {location}homes.tld and {location}realestate.tld domains avaiable. If you can find any homes or realestate domains in the .com, .net, .info, .us, .org or .biz TLD's then they must have just dropped. Otherwise, these are the last.
Not only will you get the domains, but also a site script that will allow a realtor to create a simple website to promote their services.
Do some research and find places realtors and mortgage professional "hang out", sell the hell out of these domains and you could clear a pretty tidy sum.
If you figure $300 per mini-site (the script only creates a 4-5 page site) and domain, you could make $34,500. Granted you could probably get a lot more per site, but that's up to you.
So, why the hell would I sell them? Simple: time. I don't have enough of it. And my current campaigns are making more than this could, so in the end it's just a simple ROI issue.
