This looks a fair bit like where I'm living now. It's an industrial district, and this area was a poor little town or something which got swallowed up by the expanding city. A lot of taxi drivers and scavengers live around here. I like it for the character the place has, and it's not too dreary since every morning I walk about two minutes, through a guard post and thick dividing wall, and into the campus which is big and green and new with lots of gardens and tennis/basketball courts and an awesome swimming pool.
