One of those stupid news headlines, kind of a duh because well... for one the dead don't normally hire a lawyer to make your life a living hell for the next 5 to 10 years.

I guess it's right up there with Poll: Being ill impacts sex life. (yes that was an actual headline, though paraphrased a lil cuz I couldn't remember the exact wording).

Or even "H1N1 spreads easily in crowded public places"...

Yeah that might be true, but i would still rather know that they are still alive and that it could be possible to get back together again, then knowing you will never see them again. And if you have kids losing a parent would be terrible for them.

Been through death of a serious girlfriend... that shit is hard. Right up there with my dad dying. I'd much rather have a divorce... but then again, I'd never get married in the first place to find myself in that situation.
