Recommend Graphics Artist For Twitter, Youtube Backgrounds/Videos, etc?

Mituozo made a great post about building an organic twitter following here which contained some recommendations on where you can get twitter/youtube backgrounds done, but I figured I'd check with you guys before going with one of them.

Basically, I'm building a site where I'll need graphics done for those things mentioned (youtube/twitter backgrounds), facebook/google+ banners, logos/templates for stickers and other promotional materials.. I'd prefer to work with someone I can stay in contact with, hit up later on if I need more done or things changed, etc.
