Recommend me a full service design agency

Not exactly a design agency, but create a PRO account on http://dribbble.com/ and contact the guys there.
They are freelancers, but most run their own private design agency, which if all you want is design you will probably be better of - plus you can see all their portfolios before jumping in.
The price for their work is not cheap work by any means, we are talking $2k-6k+ per concept but they are the best of the best out there.
I found a couple of gems there (price/quality wise) if you are looking for web/mobile app designers. PM me if you want them.
