Just started a local SEO company sort of like supremestrategies.com, which was a previous case study for local SEO on wickedfire.
I'm incorporated and everything, all ready to go. I don't plan on doing this for good, just as a stepping stone to either scaled up paid traffic or a physical product.
I'm making a bit of money doing marketing for a few people here and there and I decided I need to ramp it up a notch and make a nice WP website for the business.
I'll be offering full packages to local small business's that include a WP website with some SEO & social media thrown in the mix.

So far I've tried a few themes for my company website and I've only had problems, shit that just won't do what it's supposed to.
I'm not the best designer with limited coding knowledge and clearly not that good at picking the right theme, that's where you guys come in.
I need a WP theme that is easy to set up for a noob like me, but looks professional for potential clients.

Thanks in advance, thought I'd throw in some boobies for good measure.

If you're doing design work for local businesses, you'll soon figure out that trying to find and then tweak an appropriate premium theme for your client is a pain in the ass.

Invest in a developers version of Headway or Thesis and learn how to tweak them. They both have excellent support via forums available and a great community of developers to assist you.

If you're looking for really quick turn around on design, get Headway. Version 3.0 is out and it's the shit! Literally this is drag and drop designing.
If you learn CSS, even better... there are some phenomenal looking Headway sites these days.

Both of these themes have easy SEO settings unique to them. However in my experience Thesis is superior for SEO purposes right out of the box so to speak.
