recommendation on Proxies

I am looking for suggestions on proxies, I know that some work better than others and looking for some user feedback.

Free is great but I willing to pay for some proxies if recommended.

If you're going private, anonymous-proxies.net is pretty decent. I've used them for a few weeks without any hiccups.
