Red Tide in San Diego

This is a phenomenon that I try not to miss when it happens. Got to see it tonight. Basically it's an algae bloom that displays a bioluminescent blue color when agitated, and it's fucking amazing.

is this supposed to be happening tomorrow (sunday) night as well? i'm in downtown SD and want to check it out. which beaches? do i need to go up north? to la jolla area?

It's all the way up into Oceanside also. Not sure how far north it goes, but you should be able to see the bioluminescence at any beach in SD.
