Reddit Advertising Program (beta)

After months of waiting to be approved for the Reddit sponsored link program, I finally got the welcome email today. My ad won't go live for a few days, but I was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with it yet? And if so, how much did traffic did you see?

tech traffic never did well for me

I tried it, the reddit crowd is generally to smart/cheap for most things. Might work for web hosting or other legit technology services though.

How long did you guys have to wait before you were accepted? I still can't figure out why it took so long.

I submitted it, got it approved the next day and it started running the day after. This was early on in the program though.

wtf... This is strange. Our sales were up about 20% yesterday and I didn't really look into it until right now. qgyh2 gave us a free spot and I didn't know about it. I guess I'll have two ads in rotation this week, nice.
