Okay, so I've had the pleasure these past couple weeks of working with Red Virus who's practically a legend around these parts for his link submission services. The dude knows what he wants, doesn't bullshit about it and he straight up gets the job done. End of story!
Even if he didn't have a 300+ iTrader score he'd still be worthy of having an appreciation thread about him. If you want to define customer service as it applies to this industry and especially in regards to our beloved home turf Wicked Fire, then just look at Red Virus. He's the definition. I pride myself on the best customer service possible, but even I barely pale in comparison to what this guy has done. 300+ transactions in one way or another, as the seller for most of them, and not one negative iTrader. That's fucking amazing!
This is arguably somewhat close to breaking the Roger Maris baseball home run record in the Affiliate Marketing industry as far as I'm concerned. I don't know if anyone is even that close to even being close to him.
I kindly informed Red Virus after yet another wonderful business partnership/transaction that I was going to make a post for his monumental achievement. So here it is. Give the guy his props, share your experiences if you've ever done business with him (which is by and large a shit load of us), or if you're new, mark this guy down as someone to look up immediately if you need any of his types of service.
