Hey,

You all know this story...submitted about 55 ads for a certain offer that completely abides by their guidelines and they were all declined for some reason that didn't even apply. Alright fine - try a completely new offer. Submit just 1 ad to see if its OK with them. What do you know..it's approved.

Alright now I'll create about 54 ads for that offer which was already approved and things should be great. Nope - all denied.

Fuckin idiots - are we sure that Facebook is even a business? Is anyone managing these idiots..

Anyway, does anyone have an Ad rep that I can contact via email? The two pricks I meant on here from FB barely answer emails..

Thanks

r-r-r-Reliable? Facebook? Those two words don't come up in the same sentence very often. You've just got to keep trying because 1) I doubt anyone will give up a good contact on facebook. 2) everyone else is hitting the same randomness when it comes to approvals.

I just can't wrap my head around one of the largest, highest valued websites, having their primary business model being handled by a bunch of retards with no guidelines.

Oh, and this is great too...$150M in revenue, valuation at $15B. Makes sense to me.

Based on these types of numbers, Microsoft invested $240 million into Facebook for 1.6 percent of the company in October 2007. This meant a valuation of over $15 billion, making Facebook the 5th most valuable US Internet company, yet with only $150 million in annual revenue. Many explained Microsoft’s decision as being solely driven by the desire to outbid Google.

"I just can't wrap my head around one of the largest, highest valued websites, having their primary business model being handled by a bunch of retards with no guidelines." -> This I agree with.

The only thing I love about facebook is their Mafia Wars game and thats about it... Reliable is something they are not certainly.

i've submitted the same ad 6 times

its gotten through 3 times and been denied 3 times. the three times its been denied, a different reason has been given each time.

thats how retarded this system is.

Here is a rep, he is fairly communicative but typical Facebook inconsistency:

I also have a media packet they sent when we initially established the relationship, if you want that send me an email (evan@bardonadvisors.com).

Best of luck.

FB is virtually impossible to do business with. I have submitted legitimate offers, ads, pictures, the whole 9 yards and shit still gets declined. I have since spent my time advertising elsewhere. You guys have at it!

I had them email me just to tell me that the offer I wanted to run "clearly complied with their new TOS, but just wasn't going to be allowed on fbook."

LOL... everything there is subjective.

Training day one for facebook employees:

Zuckerberg: "Hey guys, welcome, if see something you don't like, disapprove it!!! Fuck if I care about my company!"

mstef: Funny thing i've noticed, is when you submit a bunch of ads at once, they'll often get rejected. If you submit a few, they'll pass just fine

I tried submitting 15 ads for the same offer a couple of weeks ago. All were denied. I then submitted the EXACT same ads again, but now just 2 at a time. Whaddayaknow, every one of them was approved.

GO FACEBOOK

HAHAHA Facebook rep conatct info is super secret now? You should sell a contact list in a fucking ebbok.

Considering that advertising on facebook is a game of chance, if you found a rep who would get all your ads approved, would you give that up? No, you'd keep it super secret. There are a couple reps who posted their contact details on here recently so dig around.

No rep will approve all your ads. They still have to follow the rules.
