I just signed up so I could reply to this post. After seeing "donvon" on several posts in regards to us forwarded phone numbers for craigslist, I contacted him via Skype recently to place a small order to test out his service. After seeing the invoice was for web support and from an account not related to his website, Cheap-PVAS I simply requested the invoice to state that I am buying 10 numbers instead of "web support." He told me he couldn't do that for various reasons, so I finally went ahead and paid. He then refunded my money immediately citing that he couldn't meet the promised 96 hour turn around time he quoted me the day before.
Had the exact same situation with a user by the name "IPSwitchBox"
I run a business, and this is is a prime example of how not to deal with customers. If there are any problems, I exhaust all amicable options before terminating the relationship on less than satisfactory terms. Both of these "service providers" were interested in jumping ship because I initially wanted my invoice itemized/ relevant to the product I was purchasing in case the numbers didn't work for CL or there were any problems. Even after I accepted their terms of using a generic non-specific invoice, both providers abandoned ship.
Then there are a few websites that I placed orders with recently (2 going to be 3 soon) and their receipt says "10 numbers" or "10 cl forwarded numbers".
Just a heads up if anyone is trying these two characters. I would hate to see what would happen a week after an order was fulfilled and there were problems with the numbers purchased from either DonVon or IPSwitchBox. Prices are good, dealing then not so much.
