Site is new of course but gets 100 to 180 uniques per day depending on how the SEs treat me that day. But it's mainly SE traffic. I have VBSEO installed so SE traffic has been great and is rising slowly. I don't advertise anywhere but my sig on forums.
By fair trades I mean I will not give you a link in the right column for a link in your footer or on your links page. I want an exchange with similar exposure. If you bold my link I'll bold yours. If you give me a footer link I'll give you a footer link.
Also please note that the Quick Register box goes away when logged in (obviously) so registered members will see your link even higher up the page. In fact it's above the fold.
