Removing A Site Profile From CJ..What Happens To The Links?

I saw this question posted somewhere else but no response but it got me thinking...let's say i create CJ links under a specific website profile. what happens to those links if i delete the website profile from CJ?

since i'm asking about CJ...when you apply for a program, does the advertiser see ALL your website profiles? I am going to say yes b/c i had one advertiser say you can only show my links on website A and B but not C. i was surprised they could see all that.

If you remove a site from your profile, the links associated with that PID will no longer track. What you can do, is just change the address of that site in your profile to an address of your other site (so have 2 PIDs with the same site listed), and everything will track fine, still.

When you apply for a program in CJ, the advertiser sees all of your sites listed.

They do track but show up as "Clicks from invalid links". Some claim (including CJ) that no commission is paid on those clicks, I've experienced otherwise though.

Either way, Change the pid on any of the old existing links to be safe.

If the PID was deleted, there's no guarantee it will track. I haven't tested with pixel merchants, but for batch processing merchants (not too many of them, but they exist), I know that CJ's system will reject any uploaded transactions where a PID is not active any more, even if the account under which the PID existed is still active.
