No, you need to make your own creatives for that.
Make something in Flash and insert your link.
Make an animted GIF
Make a JPEG.
Whatever.
WP plugins won't do it for you.
The alternative is to make some code that will either open up the page in an iframe or popunder (ye olde cookie stuff), which will very quickly get your arse spanked by your net.

Another alternative is some script that will actually move their mouse cursor to the link and click it for you. Make sure there's a bit of randomization in both how the cursor gets there, as well as it's X/Y coord on screen, so that it doesn't look 100% mechanical. You probably want to randomize who it happens to as well, so it's not a 100% rate.
This way, if your network(s) accuse(s) you of cookie stuffing people, you can show them your clickheat /clicktale log and say "nah ah, look at all those suckers just go for that link!"

I want some strategy to almost force the visitors to click the affiliate links in blog posts. Are there some plugins that can make the affiliate links look like different/exciting or some good add-ons/alternatives to wp html editor?[/quoteu]
u talking about cloaking the links? There is a WP link cloaking plugin that
's pretty sweet. google it.
