So apparently I missed out on FBML to restrict people from being able to see certain Facebook content until they "Like" the page. Doing iFrames and PHP work is a bit beyond my pay-grade, so does anybody have any designers or scripts they recommend for making a Facebook biz page restrict on-page content until the page is Liked? I want to stop visitors from being able to see a certain tab on the FB page initially to incentivize them to "Like" the business.

Basically, i want all the general pages and business info to be able to be seen by any visitor, but I want to hide the "Special deals and offers" until they choose to Like the business's FB page.

This app does what you want right out of the box, all you have to do is give it content to display in the iframe. It also gives you fan gating - very easy to set up: Static HTML: iframe tabs | Facebook

This post I found useful on making your own php fan gate: Reveal / Fan-Gate / Like-Gate Facebook iframe tab tutorial (with PHP) | Blog | Chili Pepper Design

And this which is a great guide to setting up your own 'landing' tab, in your own iframe app: How To Build A Facebook Landing Page With iFrames

First one is simplest and probably most use to you though :)
