Hey everyone. I launched a new website a little over a week ago, called Abstract Promotion. It's about "Promotion techniques to drive traffic to and profit from your websites". I'm looking for your opinions - layout, colors, content, would you be tempted to subscribe to the feed, etc.. There are thousands of blogs out there and hundreds that talk about promotion, does mine stand out to you in any way? Any idea on how I can make it stand out to you?

Thanks for any comments!

Like the content, don't care about the logo.
Too small, what is it? What does it say about promotion or traffic?

Also, I am bored with blue/white, but it looks ok.

Im drunk right now so this is my honest opionion.

1. Please change the layout, as soon as I got there I though it was another splog. Im sorry but that is what i though.

2. Needs way more content. If you want users to stick around you need more content.

3. Letters are too small. Even though im wasted, I know when the letter are too small for everyone else to read. Make it bigger, thats is what everyone wants today.

4. I think you posted this in the wrong catagories? Not sure but I am sure this dosent have to do with all the other stuff we talk about here.

thanks peace up.

Hi mate I see you're making site about promotion. Please change the feel and look of the layout so I would like to promote it. No offense buddy, hope you're successful with your site... :D

Thanks for the opinions everyone. The general consensus on all the reviews i've gotten from other sites is that I need to change the layout, also. So that's my first order of business.

Much better.

If you want to put more work into it, improve the sides by giving them some color and details, as they're too monotonous right now. Also, I'd add some more padding in the main content area.

Can you explain?

Well, maybe he just means because everyone at wf is so experienced with this kind of stuff that it's all "been there done that" material. However, if you are marketing towards the n00bs out there then maybe that stuff is good content? I don't know, I consider my self an eternal n00b. While I didn't really learn anything, per se, I was reminded of a few things that I needed to focus on with my stuff so that's good, right?:D Who is your niche focused on, Possibility?

(PS it's definitely an improvement, so keep your nose to the grinder ;) )
