Review/Surfing traffic conversions.

First of all, if you haven't, read ImagesAndWords's sticky thread on targeted traffic and conversions.

This was always on my mind I decided to finally see what everyone else thinks of this. My traffic always converts better when they are in the review/comparison mode. I tried setting up surfing mode ads/lp's but they were barely even profitable. Wanted to see if this was a general thing or I'm just doing something horribly wrong with my surfing adgroups.

If the offer has a good lander try direct linking - it worked for me in some cases.

First of all, i'd rather not take the chance just because i'm too lazy to make an LP. I see no disadvantage of preselling, assuming I don't have a high as hell bounce rate.

Second, that isn't what i was asking.
