Well RoR was temporarily gone today before coming back to life. Guess it was just an error on the webmaster side or a really good n-seo attack.

It was down for a couple of hours and by the time it made the news it was already back. This has happened multiple times in the past. Could have been any number of things but if I had to guess it was an error in how Google applied a court order for link removal.
If that was the case a chilling effects notice would have been at the bottom of the page. Maybe a GWT error on their end.
