Ripping songs straight from Sirius/XM Radio?

Is there a way to rip music from Sirius/XM radio and automatically have it cut the songs and name them properly?

If so, what's needed? Hardware? Software? A specific receiver?

There are way too many songs/remixes on BPM that are hard to find and this would be ideal if it's out there.
