Yo yo yo,

Following up my recent journal thread I thought I'd put this up here kinda share (not in details) what I'm about to do for 2011.

My goal is to hire ultimately 20 filipino workers that each generate me $150/day.

Each of them will manage 200 sites etc. Making me $3000/day.

Seeing that you have experience in creating SEO software and websites, what is your opinion on which path is more profitable assuming you have some programming experience.

Can you share how much each outsourced worker cost you per month?
 
yeah i was a bit drunk my friend.

outsourced worked is 250usd/mo full time if you cop from PH.

I will start with 8, get them sign documents etc so I can use their adsense accounts.

we'll see what happens. for 3 months i think i will need usd6000 to buy domains content and website + salary per worker.

so 8*6000 = 48k man haha.

I've got high hopes for you my friend, but remember.. managing people and all of their problems might be harder than managing a bunch of websites. And also, how are you going to have enough time with this and your other projects going on?
 
Sounds pretty risky to me so why not start with one or two workers and add more when the first one has it all down. It might be hard to babysit all of them at once.
 
Ill be following this. Should be interesting if it is anything like your last thread.

you're right man i think i will have my current VA be like a supervisor and have everything go to her. she's worked for me for 6 months so we'll see.

also i will make video tutorials to help the process.

any other suggestion?

also, no other projects going on, except for another one it supplies aged high pr domains for cheap.

What about your 30k loan thread?

And a few tips I've had about dealing with overseas employees:
-Assume they are retards, because they usually are. I literally ripped my hair out asking people to do the most basic tasks or to think for themselves. They never seem to understand anything and when they have any problems they just shut off and not do the task you ask of them. If you have one main VA (your bottom bitch) that can control them (helps if she speaks native language), that would be really good.

-They are lazy. When I was starting I assumed that VAs would be respectful and hardworking because I'm putting food on their plate in some 3rd world shithole. Not true. They are just as likely to slack off, cut corners, and try their best to get out of work just like your average tax paying American. You need to put your foot down and make sure they are doing what you asked for otherwise they'll continue to slack off and give you shit work. I hate being a prick but sometimes the only things people understand are threats to fire them.

To be honest, my VA experience essentially turned me off to using overseas labor, but you seem to have a ton of patience and perseverance so you'll definitely have more luck. Keep us posted.
 
why would you want to build 4000 websites? why not build 40 really good websites that make much more money per day.

Really just trying to play devil's advocate here...
