Hey Guys,

What a way to start my first post in the forum. I've been an affiliate in the Health and Insurance space mostly running successful PPC ads. Lately I've been testing new forms of traffic to generate leads/sales.

Over the last month I decided to try ROBODIALING (B2C) and got my sh*t handed to me.

Here's what I did:

Went to Voices.com and had a professional 15-30 second pitch created. Next I went to DialMyCalls. Loaded the pitch and the phone leads and let it go. I receive so many complaints unitl my account was shut down. The Ad Network call me and said they were going to terminate me.

Conversions were not too bad but the complaints were just too many.

My original thought was to purchase leads, send the leads to a call center in the Phillipines and have them call poetntial customes based on a prepared script or even do warm transfers to the company.

Didn't go the call center route b/c I didn't have enough information of new of a good call center in the Phillipines.

WTF did I do wrong?

Hello. This is your captain speaking. You have been chosen to receive a free cruise to Nassau, Bahamas!

You used a robodialer and got loads of grief?

Bookmarked this thread to show there is a God, next time the atheists ask for proof.

How did your pitch go? Were the leads generated by you? how far apart was the phone call from when the person filled their info and clicked send?

Some leads I generated and others I purchased from leads sources. The mobile leads actually converted better than the land line leads. The calls were 12-24 hours after receiving the leads.

What would you have done different?

Is there a better way to contact the leads I generate or purchase?

Well I know one method is to have your dialer call the lead the moment they press submit with a recorded message, something along the lines of "You are receiving this call because you were interested in bla bla bla, if you wish to learn more please press 1". Then if they press 1 it goes straight to a call center.

I'm guessing a lot of your complaints are from people who forget about half the shit they opt into. But if you call them right away it's less likely they forgot, so they wouldn't really complain.

If you would like some assistance with your robo or outbound or inbound shoot me a PM. We can discuss robo company, lead lists and what else you were doing to monetize them. I can also help with international centers if that is what you are looking for, in addition to campaign tracking and reporting.
