Robot Telemarketer Denying She's a Robot

I agree...that is pretty amazing.
I have never heard any automated voice sound that good and her replies are really on.

The robot's "thank you" at the end where she sounds like she is disappointed is some great intonation.

If the robot's replies could merge with something like wordAI, that would be amazing.

Not perfect...but the best I have ever heard.
Kudo's to the people who made it.

Still 10 times better than Siri.

Eh, they just had someone read a script with hundreds or thousands of replies / lines. It's more of a time consuming thing that anything. However, the voice recognition was pretty good. You can tell it picks out trigger words. Looks for words it can understand from the sentence.

Used to make AOL AI chat bots that would hold a pretty good convo.

I wonder what kind of hardware they got her running on? Some of the replies were a bit slow, I wonder if they could speed that up a bit if she was running on a bigger beefy rig.

That and logging calls to see where they went wrong and adding new lines to smooth over problem areas. I could see where this could be improved enough over time to fool most people. It doesn't have to fool everyone, just enough to be profitable.
