Today I checked my site on Copyscape and saw that some RSS directories produce a lot of duplicate content. Some directories even copied whole articles. Now I kinda regret having used them in my early SEO days.
My question is, how can I prevent this directories from accessing my RSS feed? I read something about disallowing them in my robots.txt, but can I disallow particular sites or can I only disallow the feed alltogether?
