For those than can't understand what happening in this video...
granny is super drunk as she's telling reporters about how she got drunk earlier that evening with one of her neighbors.
The neighbor then decided that he wanted to fuck her and since she told him to go fuck himself, he burned her house down.
She's also swearing like a sailor on evening news.
Pure gold.

Seems about right. The only place you ever hear about or see anything from is Moscow and considering the size of Russia you have to consider the people in the vid to probably be middle class citizens, if they had classes.

If you want to see something interesting find the documentary "Thieves by law". It tells the story about how after communism the country was basically taken over by gangsters and "businessmen". Very interesting shit. Here is the trailer:
