This Indian man ostensibly put's Ryan Eagle affection for gold to shame! Having spent over $250,000 to have a one of a kind shirt made out of gold (which is clunky to wear, and cannot be dry cleaned).

Crazy: Women in BBC report claims it weights over 300 kilograms which would make it over 660lbs, she clearly had meant to say it was 30 kilograms which is still heavy at over 66 lbs.

And who said money couldn't buy taste/class. Eagle proved you can and this man soars where only Eagle dared.

I believe India buys a good portion of the worlds gold (25%) and uses it in jewellery. Probably not a good idea for an investment to be subject to changes in fashion trends.

Place reserved for SumitDhawan's Platinum, Diamond studded shirt and underwear.

Real problem is now he has big target on top of head... I am not sure "security" a/k/a going out in public with 40 family members will be enough to protect him.

That looks super comfortable, especially if you're walking around Bombay in 42C weather with high humidity.

Indians buys jewellery as a form of investment. Its real and solid investment.

I sometimes pity idiots who buy paper based gold certificates. That aint fucking real gold and it worth nothing during crisis.

Well his shirt just lost about $25k in value this week in the gold plummet. A dubious claim to fame.

Poor people with money.
