Scammer situation, advice appreciated

So basically an online friend of mine from another forum was scammed by another poster from that forum. At one time we we all talked with each other. So my friend made a website which was xxxxxxxxxxxisascammer.com and had the story and a picture of him.

Outside of the forum in Skype the scammer says that if he didn't take the site down he would create one himself and do the same and lie about everything and basically make a fake site claiming that my friend who got scammed is a pedophile and so on.

What would you guys do in this situation? If he were to make the site with fake information can it be reported and taken down? Can the scammer get my friends site taken down even though the information is true?

Right now my friend took down the website but I hate this because it feels like the scammer is getting his own way and winning this battle.

Any advice wouldbe appreciated.
 


You should have let him post that your buddy was a pedo... then sued the living fuck out of him.

Maybe your time could be better employed?

I no think you should be friend with person that like to rape children. Should only be friend with good people.

I just joke. But for be serious friend should no waste time with make website for revenge. Should use time for make more money.

If lost lot money to scum should get lawyer for sue. If lost little money should move on.

Not sure how this is related, but considering the site was made like 2 days ago? And I started reading all this IM stuff like 3 weeks ago and will have 20 sites up this month I think it's a good start :)
