Scary Hangman Prank!



Primary Fail for this is if they allowed people to call and stay on the phone with 911 too long, or otherwise allowing the police to be called / diverted from actual emergencies. For instance, person in the car kept driving but may have also called 911 immediately after.

ie. as seen at the end of the video, if indeed cops did attend with lights & sirens to one of the pranks. People have died in accidents resulting from police rushing through traffic and red lights.

Someone (it looks like) tried robbing what was in his pockets and another person just mashed the gas pedal hitting him on the way through.
