I just bought a domain and I have an idea but since I am not a coder at all, I was looking for some guidance on where I can go.
I want to build a site that is based on people's location. A person comes in, tells me where they are from a registers a vote for that city. Once they are done, they will be able to register more votes for their city by doing things like a facebook post, complete offers, etc. Each vote will also be a certain dollar amount too. I also would need something showing the money that has been earned so far for the city.
Is there anything like this and if not, how hard would it be to develop it? I wouldn't think too much, as it seems to be pretty simple commands. Thanks for any help.
